the County Commissioners of Union
County, signed by a majority of the freeholders
of BoMwrille Township, of Union County, in
accordance with the proVlsibftS^of Aft Act of
the General Assembly of South Carolina approved.
the '201 h day of December 1331, entitled
an Act to incorporate the Glenn Springs
Railroad Company, asking that ttic question of
subscription or no subscription of the sum of
twenty thouyfod dollars to capital stock of said
oompany, which subscription shall be made in
coupon bonds of said township, bearing six per
cent interest and payable in 15, 20 aud 25
yeafs after tbo date thsroof, as provided by
said Act, be submitted to the qualified electors
of sail Township,

the eaid township by the way of West
Springs, in a southeasterly direction, and
as near the center of the samo as practicable;
and farther that the funds realised on Mid
bonds to be expended exclusively in tho oonitruction
of said railroad within the limits of

have by a resolution of their Board
ixed the amount proposed to be subsoribed according
to tho request of said petition, at
twenty thousand dollars in six per coot, coupon
Bonds of said townahip; said Bonds to bo made
payable in installments of six thousand dollars

date thereof, as provided in said Act.
