next, on blanks furnished for that purpose, a
statement of all your personal property, monies
and investments, as owner or holder, or as husband,
parent; trustee, guardian, executor, receiver,
agent, accounting officer, attorney or factor,
on hand Juno 1st, 188J.
There will bo no assessment of Heal Estato
this year, but all persons holding deeds to Kcrtl
Estate, not having already done, so are required
by law to have the same recorded in Auditor's
office, in order that the proper transfers can bo
inade in making up the Tux Duplicate. The
law requires a penally of 50 per cent, to bs
added to the returns of Inst year of all persons
tailing to make their returns by the 20th July
next.
