THE Subscriber?on Account of the distance
from his residence?would like to dispose
of, at private sale, that valuable plantation lying
on the Union and Spartanburg publio road,
foriterly owned by Dr. Winsmitb.
On the place is a good dwelling house with
all the necessary outbuildings. The land is
very productive as the growing crops will show.
The tract contains oetweeu seven aud eight
hundred acres, a large portion of which is
heavily timbered.
If desired, the place could be divided to suit
purchasers.
