"H I M ? I! 'I ' W WH1 . An Ordinance to Raise Supplies FOR THE TOWN OF UNION. AN Ordinance to raise supplies for the fiscal year commencing 10th September, 1880. Section 1. Beit ordained by the Iutendant and Wardens of tho town of Union in Council assembled, and by the authority of the same, that a tax of two mills upon every -dollar of all Ileal Estate, Personal Property and Stock In Trade in the town of Union, be and the same is hereby levied, to meet the ordinary and extraordinary expenses of the lClunicipnl Government* of said town, for tho fiscal year commencing 10th September, 1880, Sao, St. That the basis of values for taxation of Real Estate and Personal Property shall be taken from the Books of the County Auditor for the year 1880, as far as it relates to the town of Union. Skc. 3. State or South Carolina, ~j County of Union, v OrrcR or County Commissioners, j THE Supervisors of Roads in each Township are hereby ordered to have the roads in their several Townships put in thorough order at once. The roads must be well worked, and for that purpose the hands cun be made to work any length of times not to exceed twelve days in one year. The Supervisors, by calling at the County Commissioners' office, can get printed notices, for the several Overseers to have the hands warned with.
