Union County:
UNDER the Law requiring tbe Auditor to
I appoint these Boards, the persons naiucd
below will please meet at some convenient place
in their respective Townships, take the consti- "
tutional oath and elect a Chairman. Before the
Boards thus constituted, the Law requires the
Auditor *'to lay a description ot each piece of '
real ostate within their respective Townships,
when the Boards will at once proceed to assess
its value and certify its value to the Auditor."
"Valuations shall be made at the usual selling
pries on the terms of similar lands in their ,
township at sales for partition under order of
Court, and if there be no selling price, then at
what is honestly believed could be obtained at
