tho Auditors to proceed (o make settlements
with theMtcspectivo Treasurers as soon as they

All settlements must, however, be completed by
Monday, the 3d day of March. Upon the cotu
pletion of their settlements. Treasurers are instructed
te appear at tho Comptroller General's
office for a final auditiug of their accounts.?
