for Union County, filed in the above stated
case, 1 will sell before Union Court House door, on
(helirst Monday in November next, within the legal
hours of Sheriff's sales, all that tract of land
located in the County of Union, in Union Township,
now in the possession of T. J. Greer, about
three miles South-east of the Town of Union,
bounded by lands of Mrs. Catharine Hawkins,
T. J. Greer, James i'eake, John Brandon, Win.
Frazier and Benjamin F. Hawkins, containing
sixty eight and :J acres, (08$) more or Less. A
plat of said land is now on tile in the Probate
Judge's otlico. Said Land resold at the risk of
Thomas J. Greer, who bid it off on the first day
of October, 1*77, being salesday of said month, ,
and failed to comply with terms of sale.
