In reply to the above note, which was received
on Saturday, I would state that then
are many young, handsome and cligiblt
members of the lower house. It is o
course impossible just now to present a;
complete a classification of the members a:

able. To begin with, Mr. It. It. Hemphil
is the plainest member of the House, am
