Columbia, and pay for and procure the Special-Tax
Stamps they need, prior to Mayl, 1877,
and without further notice. 1
Special-Tax Stamps will be transmitted by
n ail only on receipt from the person or firm ordering
the samo of specific directions so to do,
together with the necessary postage stamps or
the amount required to pay the postage. The
postage on one stamp is three cents and on two
stamps six cents. If it is desired that they be
transmitted by registered mail, ten cents additional
3bould accompany the application.
