Columbia, and pay for and procure the Special-Tax
Stamps they need, prior to May 1, 1877,
and without further notice. G
Special-Tax Stamps will be transmitted by
n.ail only on receipt from the person or firm ordering
the saino of specific directions so to do,
together with the necessary postage stamps or

postage on one stamp is three cents and 011 two
stamps six cents. If it is desired that they be
