The evidence showed that the deceased was walking to and fro in a room where Kdward Joey, white, and Edward Taylor, colored, were sitting, and that a gun loaded with buckshot was discharged on the outside through the open door, The deceased, after he was shot, walked to a corner of the room and took up his gun, hut fell from loss of blood.
