BE IT ORDAINED by tho Intendant and
Wardens of tbe Town of Sumter io Council
assembled, and bj the authority ol' tbe aaine
SECTION 1.-That there shall be issued Tova
Stock to the amount of ?ec thousand dollars, ii
so much be necessary, bearing au interest ol
oight per cent, per annum, payable on tho frat
day ot Junuary and July of each year ensuing
tho date thereof, and redeemable- in seven yean
from dat?. Said stock to be issued under tbs
seal of the corporation, signed by the Clerk and
Treasurer, amt countersigned by the Intendant,
ia conformity with an Act of ?be General As?
sembly, approved March th? 9th, 1871, providing
for the building of a Market, nod Public Hall.
SECTION II -That ho part of raid Stock
