Peaceable Proceeding.
Tbe Anderson Militia Company, composed en?
tirely of Republicans, held a meeting on the 6th
inst., at which they resolved to deliver up their
arms,asserting that they were not drawn in
hostility to any portion of the people, and that

course will ensure peace.

community for their new borne at Atlanta.
