?tad the ronica tor on my Peaeh Tree* hut spring
with much satisfaction. Many of my tree* are
?ia yea? old, wera diaeaaed from th . woaa,
the leave* wera yellow and tiekly. I applied a
imall ?hoy et lui of the Per ile a tor around th? baan
of eaeh tree. Ia a few weeks they produced a
riob g raen foliage, aud bora a fina crop. I am
satisfied that this manara completely destroytu
tho won?, Invigorated the trees and the growth of

Mctivt. Wm. Crichton d> Son, Jtattimon-l
used the PaaatoAToa on a piaoe of very poor
land to give the oona a start, and drilled it in
at tba rate of 60 lbs. PCB ACHE, at tho eost of one
dollar. On this lot I novar bad boen able to se?
cure a "ttand" by reason of tho "out won?," al?
though I tried salt in various ways.
OD the rows to which I applied the "PERSI
GATOR," tba corn came up "to a hill" promptly
aud grew off finely. On the remaining rows, not
moro than one-third of the planta escaped tho
worm, and those that did, war? puny in appear
ano?.
If farther trials on lands infested with "Cut
Worms" shall result in securing a "avAttD" Ilka
the one referred to, I should consider it an ex?
tremely valuable, and th? oheapett remedy,
which sould be used.

' I applied the PERSIC ?TOR to SORGHUM, alter*
natlng with a fertiliser costing $58 per ton in
equal quantities. Tba growth of tba "CANE"
?bera the Pansie aroa was applied, was very su?
perior and equal to any manured with tba mora
costly Fertiliser.
