bodily injuries to Miss Kate Joues und
Mr. il. C. Muses. The parties named
were enjoying a pleasure ride, when, io
an unguarded moment, the horse ruo
and dished the buggy aga i ont a tree,
throwing Mr. Moses out, thc buggy puls
ing over his budy aud bruising him
severely in several places. Thc animal
continuing to run, Miss Jones waa soon
thrown out, suffering the fracture of a
leg, und some painful bruises upon other
parts ol' her person. Tho buugy* wa*
mn eli broken, and thc enea pe even thus
scoots almost miraculous. Medica) and
Surgical assistance was immediately
sought, and wc have been pleased io
learn that the suffering parties are
measurably relieved.
