Last week Mr. W. J. F. Haynes, who
lives near this place, killed a pig 14
months old, which weighed 501 pounds
net. He did not forget the printer, but
paid his subscription and shared his
sausages with him, which were excellent
and fully appreoiatea. Mr. Haynes has
beat the record in the weight of hogs
this season, and is a fine farmer besides.
