town, reported that they had marked out
the same, and that when it was properly
worked it would be a fine road. The '
heaviest grade on said road will not ex
ceed one foot to the rod.
The petition for changes in the road
leading from Morgan's store into the
Eastatoe settlement, by way of the bridge,

Capt. J. J. Herd was instructed to
