We were delighted in having with us our honored brother, the Rev. A. P. 4 Nicholson, who together with Dr. Riley took an active part in all tIhe dhiscussions, which added greatly to the interest of the Occasionl; and we shall over feel greateful to Mr. Nicholson for bis practical, fer vent, and eloquent address deliverod during the opening exercises. Two additional Vice-Presidents were elected. The Executive Committee in its report submitted a clonstitutionl, which was taken up seriatim, minended and ad optel.
