votlo,y for $1,462.80 for the erection of a
line fence when the stock law first went
into operation in tle lower Vort ion of this
'ounty, was hearil by Judge Wallace at
Anlerson lst. week. The Judge deei
ded that Anderson county was liable for the
tuuttit sued for. We (o) not know whetb
er the attorneys for Anderson county will
take the case to the Supreme Court or not,
but in our opinion it will make very little
difference for the claim is such a plain and
(equitable one we hardly think any Court
would decide against it.
