Be it orifained by the Intendant and War
dens of tLe Town tit Pickens, in Council as
sembled, and by authority of the sam1e:
That a tax to cover the period tromt April
1st, 1882, to April Ist, 1683, for the sum
and in ihe tunnter hereonafter named, shall
be raised and paid into the Treasury of the
Town of P'ickens by the 1st, day of June
next.
SECTION 1. On eash one hundred dollars
of assessed vatlue of real and personal prop
erty, the sum of fiIteen cents.

erant trader or auctioneer offering for sale
within the Town of P'ickens any goods,
wares or merchandise at auction, or other
