If they are sick or out

their work.
Pains, aches and rheu

blood, due to neglected
kidney trouble.
Kidney trouble causes quick or unsteady
heart beats, and makes one feel as though
they had heart trouble, because the heart is
over-working In pumping thick, kidney
poisoned blood through veins and arteries.
lt used to be considered that only urinary
troubles were to bo traced to the kidneys,
but now modern science proves that nearly
all constitutional diseases have their begin

If you are sick you can make no mistake
by first doctoring your kidneys. The mild
and tho extraordinary effect of Dr. Kilmer's

soon realized. It stands the highest for Its

THE KICKER.
The kicker baa been so well pleased
with the way the old town has been run
ning that he has, to nae a late slang ex
pression, "no kick oom lug." There is
a virtual building mania in Walhalla and
if this thing does not stop soon, we may
well sing with the poet:
We have the best town in the State,
We'll have ten thousand in 19-8,
We'll then leave Greenville far behind,
And make our neighbors tot'ly blind.
Prince Henry made only one mistake
while in th?B country and that was in
not visiting Walhalla. He would have
found here the livest, hustling, bustling
little town of 1,500 inhabitants and where
he could have had all the Deutsch su
spreoheu that he wanted. He could have
seen the prettiest store buildings and
tasty stocks of goods to be fouud Tn any
town of the sizo. He could have se*>n
the plans of as pretty, modern and up
to-date Graded School building as is to
be found in the State. We would have
told him about our water works which
will soon give us the purest, sparkling
water from the limpid streams of the
blue hills near by. We would have
shown him a number of new manufac
turing enterprises, a wholesale house,
modern publio buildings, handsome new
residences and the nucleus of "tho Gato
city" of South Carolina. Keep your eye
on Walhalla and watch her grow.
