Mr. Cudworth had boon quito sick for .about two weeks, but was not thought to bo dangerously ill until last wook, whon Mrs. Cudworth was summoned to his lido. Mr. Cudworth died on Tuesday night ?\t 0 o'clock, at St. Francis Xavier Hos pital, Charleston, S. C., from hemor rhagic fever.
