Thc only remark heard was that of Mooie, who said, "Look herc, old man, what does this mean." Mrs. Reynolds said Moore wanted to go hack home as soon as he came ami found Reynolds asleep, but she insisted oil his remaining, the idea seeming to bc that ' Reynolds might wake up ami become violent again. Mrs. Reynolds swore timi while sane he said Moore struck him because ho had lo do it. ?She said Reynolds had never injured her, but generally made threats when drunk'.
