Mr. Vornor is n lawyer of talent and reputation and of wido practice, Imo represented his county in tho Houso of Representatives, nnd has gained tho high esteem of his follow countrymen. His address was written and he read it closely but with vigor and effect. Ho has a clear, ringing voice, almost military in its rapid staccato movements, nod ho delivered an exceedingly manly ?pooch in un exceedingly manly way.
