a tux to cover tho period from January 15th,
1881 to January 15th, 1882, (or 'bo sums and
manner hereinafter named, shall bo raised
and paid into tho Treasury of thc Town of
Walhalla by tho 81st day of May noxt:
SECTION 1. On oach one hundred dollars of
assessed val?o of all ron! and personal prop
orty, the sum of 25 cents.
SEO. 2. Ton dollars a day by any itinerant
trader or auctioncor offering for sole within
the town of Walhalla any goods, waros and
merchandise at auction or otherwise, to be
paid oach day in advance; and every trader
or auotioneor offering for salo any goods

without having paid tho nbove specified tax
