without paying the following tax: Each one
boree and vehicle, $10; eaoh two horse and
vehicle, $15: this sootion not being dosignod
to affect draying.
8xo. 4 Dealers io liquor shall pay the fol
lowing license, to wit: Eaoh retail dealer in
spirituous liquors $300, each dealer in spir
ituous liquors, who coils by the bottle abd ia
quantities of a quart1 and upwards $150 (thc
liquor not to be drank on the premises when
1 sold by any other than a retail dealer;) each
dealor in Ingar boer and other malt liquors
not manufactured in the county other than
tho licensed dealers above mentioned, shall
pay a tax of $25; and the lioenso for all
dealers in spirituous or malt liquors shall
cover tho year onding on the first Monday ir
March, 1881, at the above rates per year ant
must be paid before the parties enter or

SEC. 5. On all oircoses and other shows, i
tax of from $5 to $50 per day, in the discro
