of so'ven por cotlt., payablo semi annually.?
The coupons of the same to bo rcceivablo for
County taxes and othor dues to the County.
Tho proceeds of said bonds, when sold, to be
nppliod to a County subscription to tho Air
Lino Railroad : Provided, Tho action of tho
Commissioners bo confirmed by vote of tho
peoplo of tho County, at an election to be hold
on SATURDAY, the ?d day of JULY next:
And provided further, That tho Railroad be
constructed through tho entire County, and
within fivo miles of tho Court IIouso in Pickens
County.
2nd. That tho Commissioners, givo notice,

County, on Saturday, tho 2d day of duly next,
nubmitting tho ratification or rejoction of their

Regulation of thb Villngo of West Union,

1st. It shall not bb lawful for nny persoti to

lngo of West Unloh, and every person ao offen
ding shall bo liable to a fuie of Two Dollars]
to ho recovered by tho Intendant?ono half of
ilio tino to the informer, and the other half id
the I?80S,of tho incorporation.
2nd. It shall not be lawful for any person or
pdreoh? tb hiteti tt Horse, Mulo or any otll?t
nnittitil to any fence, tree, or public property
ili ti'1) incorporation on Main street, hut may

that purpose, and every person or persons so

3rd. No person or persons shall represent,
for gain, any plays, comedies, tragedies, or
ehotts, without having first obtained a .license
of permission from Iho Council of the Village
of \Vcst Union, and any person so offending,
shall pay double the fine imposed by law. Tho
license for any show or oxinbitiion, us above,
shall not bo less thon Five Dollars nor moro
thau Twenty-Five- Dollars, for ono exhibition.

press and to'apprehend all offenders .whatsoev

and to hold all the powers and privileges which
arc vested by the laws of the State and Village
of West Union, ami to bring all offenders be
fore the Tndcndant and WardSns to be dealt
with according to lhw.
