A young woman stood at the lattice-pane,

The Golden Wedding in
Heaven.

they must share the same tables and the
sanme beds in hotels. The doors of pri
v'ate houses must he thrown open to both
colors upon the same ten~ns. In a word,
there must be a fuzl! tu'd complete amal
gamation of the races. This is the plat
form of the Radical party, and white f
men must face it at the polls this fall.

ing is thought to be an excellent one.
