prescribed by the by-laws. The
elective oficers are: Noble Grand'
Vice-GrIand, Secretary and Tros
urer, and if the by-laws so provide,
a Financial Secretary. The ap.
pointed officera shall be: Wardei
Conductor, Outsido and Inside
Guardians, Right and Left Sup
)orters to the Noble Grand and
Yice-G rand..
. 3. They shall hold regular and
e eeial meetings as provided by
tIe by-laws.
4. To fix and establish dus to
be paid by the members, and to
provide when those in arrears
shall be dropped from the listt of
members. No charter shall be
granted to less than twenty ap
plicants, or less than ten of each
sex.
5. To grant donations from the
funds of the Lodge, for the relief
of the mick, destitute or distressed,
and for the education of' orphans
as a majority of the members may
determine.
6. To establish such by-laws and
rules of order, not inconsiatont
with the institution, to be enacted
for the government of Rebelcah
Degree Lodge, nor with the rules,
usages and general -regulations of
the order.
7. The oflleers to be elected
semi-annually at the first stated
meeting in 3ay and November.

Grand Lodge, to be held in Harris.
