In accordance with a resolution adopted by the Legislature, at the Extra Session, recently adjourned, I am required by his Exeellency, the Governor, to furnish him with alist of the names of all citzens in Newerry District, who were permanently disabled, in the State or Confederate Ser viee, during the late war, and as I am re quied to fuirnish this list without delay, all persons included in the above class will please give their names, with the nature of their wounds to S.
