the Southern Railway, Tuesday June
10 1913, from Columbia to Augusta ;

Mr. Henry E. Harman, of Atlanta,
was here on a visit to his old home

LEXINGTON.
Taxpayers are hereby notified that
by an ordinance duly enacted by the
Town Council of the Town of Lexing
ing, 8. 0., a levy of Ten (10) Mills has
been made on all the taxable property
within the corporate limits of said
Town for municipal purposes for the
year 1913.
The tax books will be kept open by
the undersigned, at his nsnal place of
bnsinees in said town, for the collection
of the said taxes as levied, from
May 1, 1913 to M.ay 31,1913, both inclusive,
after which time a penalty of
fiye-.(o) per cent, will be added and the
books kept open until June 15, 1913,
for the colloction of delinquent taxes
and penalty. ,
Tax executions will be issued against
all defaulting taxpayers after June 15,
1913, to enforce the payment of all
unpaid taxes.
