I Relieves!
Backache!
Instantly
Sloan's Liniment is a great
remedy for backache. It
penetrates and relieves
the pain instantly?no rubbing
necessary?just lay
it on lightly."
Here's Proof.
"I had my back hurt in the Boer War
and in San Francisco two years ago I
was hit by a street car in the same place.
I tried all kinds of dope without success.
Two weeks ago 1 saw your liniment
in a drug store and got a bottle to
try. The first application caused instant
relief, and now except for a little stiff

this standard has no superior. People
everywhere speak of it in the highest
terms of praise. For sale by all dealers.

Leap lear Girl's Poem.
Tell U9 not in i de jingle,
"Marriage is an idle drear
For the girl is dead that's sing.e,
And things are not what they seem
Life is real, life is earnest;
Single blessedness a lib;
"Man thon art, to man returnest''
I Has been spoken of the rib.
i
| Not enjoyment and not sorrow
| Is our destined end or way,
But to act that each tomorrow
Finds us nearer marriage daj.
Life is long s.nd youth is fleeting,
And our nearts tn< ngn ngni ana gay
Still life's pleasant drums are*beating
Wedding marches all the day.
In the world's broad fields of battle,?
In the bivouac of life,
B6 not like dumb driven cattle?
Be a heroine; a wi^e!
Trust no future, 'howe'er pleasant;
Let the dead past bury its dead;
Act, act in the living present,
Heart within and hope ahead.
Lives of married folks remind us,
We can live over lives as well,
And departing leave behind us
Such examples as shall "tell."
Such examples that another,
Wasting time in idle 9port,
A forlorn, unmarried brother,
Seeing shall take heart and court.
Let us then be up and doing.
With our heart on triumph set,
Still contriving, still pursuing,
And each one a husband ger.
