To The Public.
On Monday morning between 3 and
4 o'clock we had the misfortune to
loose our bank building by fire. The
cause of the fire we have been unable
so far to ascertain. To day, after a
full meeting of our directors, we had
workmen tear down our vault, and in
it found everything in good shape.
The safe was opened and the money
was in perfect condition.
The directors decided to rebuild immediately,
and in the meantime open
up and continue business in the brick
building adjoining E. G. Dreher & Co.
We wish to say that we were fuily insured,
both building and furniture.
Call on us in our new quarters.
