Trapp and Johnson were lodged in
Winnsboro jail on charges of shooting
into the house of Mr. Kohn, a prom- j
inent farmer of the lower section of the j
county. The negroes will be given a
preliminary nearing in a few day. It (
is alleged that the prisoners fired
through the window of the house (
While none of the shots struck anybody,
Mrs. Kohn and her infant child c
