Pickpocket Outwitted.
Just as Harry D. Miller of Bridgeport
had missed a train at the Grand
Central Depot in New York Thursday
evening, a well dressed stranger consoled
with him and invited him to a
drink. At the bar Miller felt his
watch and money slip from his pocket.
He said nothing, but quietly walked
to the street with the man and
called to Police Sergent Wal3h as he
passed them. At the station house
the man said he was Charles Smith of
No. 2S7 Third avenue. He admitted
taking the watch, and was chewing hp
$5 bill when it wa9 choked out of his
.nonth. He was locked up charged
with grand larceny.

I carried a heavy load of mail, my kidney
trouble increased. Some time

and since taking them I have gotten

| this conclusion: A remedy which
: cured years ago, which has kept the
kidneys in good health since, can be
relied upon to perform the same work
in other cases. Read this:
L. Hall, jeweler, Main St., Lexington,
S. C., says: "I suffered from kidney
trouble for several years and
I finally my kidneys became so weak
that I was alarmed. The1 kidney secretions
wer9 too frequent inpassage
at times, then again I could hardly
void them. I felt weak, lost fle9b, did
not sleep well and was nervous and
irritable. A 9hort time ago I got a
supply of Dean's Kidney Pills from
the Kaufmann Drug Co. and since I
used them, I have improved wonderfully.
I earnestly recommend this
remedy to all kidney sufferers.''
(Statement given March 9, 1908 )
THREE YEARS LATER.
Mr. Hall was interviewed on March
23,1911 and he said: 4 4I still take Doan's
Kidney Pills occasionally and they
keep me well. This remedy is all that
it is represented to be and I gladly
