j pardons to Franklin McAllister, who
was convicted of murder in Williamsburg:
county in 1901 and sentenced for
life; Ned Chriss, a Charleston negro,
sentenced in 18S9 for life for murder,
and Siou Miller, who was convicted
of manslaughter in Saluda in 1904 and
sentenced for 10 years.
