Pelion Happenings.
To The Editor of the Dispatch:
Since our last communication there
has been mach sickness, and several
P deaths in this community.
Mr. and Mrs. John W. Schofield
have gone on a visit to relatives in
_ Texas. They intend visiting Mexico
and several* other places of note, in
this west before they return.
Dec. 27. 1910. Hr. Edward Shumpert

life*'. Kyzer of Pelion, R. F. D. 1. were happily
married by Dr. D. R. Kneece.
Mr. W. M. Yonce has moved into
his handsome new residence in town.
Mr. Hampton L. Scliofield lias moved
W into his new residence which he ejected
on the place he recently purchased
from S. R. Smith.
Mr. J. Willie Shumperb has a very

Mr. Clifton Smith of Wagener has
moved on hi9 fathers old place on

Kuowlton's hospital, Columbia, S. C.
Words fail to express my sincere
heartfelt thanks to these kind friends.
I shall ever hold m remembrance their
kindness in my misfortune. I have
