"In the event the prohibition question I
shall be brought up in the legislature I Z
and I shall be a member of tbat body
I shall most assuredly vote for Statewide
prohibition."
The Hon. Isaac Edwards was not at
his home at Batesburg, therefore it
was impossible to get a statement
from him. However, at the last session
of the legislature Mr. Edwards
stood by the prohibition forces, and j]
the presumption is that he would do
so again.
