Middleburg Mills is hereby called fcr

a resolution passed by the directors at
a meeting held on the 8th day of July
1910, suggesting an issue of one thousand
shares of preferred stock of the

is an increase of $25,000 of the capital

net earnings of the corporation before
any dividends are paid on the common
