Yarborough, was prevented in the Sil VCX 9UCCI flCUUUii UJL 11CWUC11J ^UUllty early Thursday morning only by disagreement among the crowd as to the manner of death and probably the lack of a leader. Wednesday night through a letter Yarborough's wife wrote to the mother of a seven-year-old child, there came to light the charge that Yarborongh attempted to assault the girl. While the crowd that gathered before dawn quarreled as to the means of execution Magistrate Hendrix communicated with Sheriff Buford who with Deputy Pope Buford succeeded in getting Yarborough to jail. At the suggestion of the governor's office Yarborough was carried to the penitentiary for safe-keeping. Yarborough claims the charge is the result of spite work on the part of Mrs. Yarborough who is his third wife. -? ? - Must Be Above Suspicion Kidney and bladder ailments are so serious in their consequences, and if unchecked so often fatal that any remedy offered for their cure must he above suspicion.
