Wolves and Snakes.
Driven from their forest haunts b;
the forest reserves employes blasting
rock, wolves in large numbers ar<
ravaging the country about Big Horn
Ark. The forest reserve men hav<
been building roads, and in the course
of their work, exploded large quanti
ties of dynamite. People are becom
ing alarmed at the audacity of the
animals. The blasting also has driven
out many snakes.

John, the infant son of Mr. Thompson
and wife, of Graniteville, was
