commission against the Jlicbland
DLliliiug company, J. S. Farnum,
Alexander & Nichols, Block and William
Lanahan, doing business under
the name of Lanahan & Son, and the
Bernheiin Distilling company, giving
notice that proceedings hf?ve been instituted
to recover $500,000 alleged to
be due from the Richland Distilling
company to the State cn account of
overcharges.
Notice was also given against the
Carolina Glass company for a claim of
?20,000 alleged to be duo to the state.
The last stated cane is now on appeal
to the supreme eoarc. The action is
taken on toe authority of the recent
action of the legislature rela,ing to
the powers or the commission and is
brought by B. L. Abney, Stevenson
& Matteson, Felder, Andersen, Rourtrce
and Wilson, of Atlanta.

Duffy, you are the judge in this case.
