All applicants most appear in person for blanks. No blanks will be sent cut anlees very extreme cases. Full instructions will be given when applicant applies for blanks. The County Pension Board will meet on the first Monday in February, 1910. The old board will serve to pass upon all applications, after which date no blanks will be given out.
