Fifteen Thousand Dollars (315,000.00)
in coupon bonds to run for not more
than 40 years, and nor less than 20
years, and to draw interest at 0 ?
per cent, payable annually, at Lexing- a
ton, S. C., the proceeds of such bonds
to be used in the erection of a Watrc
Works Plant, for fire protection in accordance
with the stipulations in-the
petitions.
