Richardson BoTds Up Again.
Has Been Arrested in Ohio and Will
Be Brought Back to Walhaila.
Walfcalla, July 1.- Sheriff William
M. Kay received a telegram late yesterday
afternoon from the authorities
at Alliance, Ohio, saying that S. L.
Richardson was there under arrest and
would return without requisition papers.
Sheriff Kay holds a warrant
sworn out by J. J. Rankin charging
Richardson with obtaining money under
false pretenses.
After Richardson's discharge from
Lexington jail he was never publicly
seen here, but it i9 rumored that he
came near Walhaila. It i3 said that
he had agreed to give his two girls,
children of his first wife, to his father
but these girls disappeared some days
ago. When arrested the girls were
with him. Richardson was traveling
as James L. Bynnm.
Sheriff Kay will leave as soon as he
can secure the proper papers. Upon
hi9 return here other sensations are
likely to follow.

Pound Negro in Her Boom.
Lancaster, June 27.?About 1
o'clock this morning a young lady here
discovered a negro man in her bed roc m ,
and promptly screamed, causing him t o

the negro running rapidly from the .
building. Sheriff Hunter was at <5nce !
notified of the occurrence, and with
others instituted a search for the negro,
which soon resulted in the arrest and
lodgement in jail of Tom Murray, who
