The Woman's Christian Temperance Union is not only antisaloon. but anti-brewery, anti-distillery. anti any form of alcoholic liquor making, or liquor selling, for beverage purposes. Suce ssor to Capers. Washington, D. C It is announc-! ed that the resignation of Capt. John G. Capers, as internal revenue commissioner, to take effect July 1st, has been in for some time and that Roy Cabell, now postmater at Richmond, will succeed him. Capt. Capers is still critically ill.
