Deputy Sheriff Miller arrested on
Monday, Oscar D. Hutto, a young
man of the Pelion section, upon a
warrant sworn out by Jas. Clark, another
young white man, upon the
charge of assault and battery with intent
to kill. He was soon released upon
furnishing a bond of $500.00.

Columbia authorities upon the charge
