I have the following goods in my possession which was found on last Thursday night by a negro farm hand on my place, who was induced to go to the spot where they were found by a neerro who stated that his name was George Brown and that he had escaped from the chaingang after serring ten months. He is described as being of a gingercake color, weight about 175 pounds, and looked to be about 25 or 30 years old.
