It is easy to sit in tne sunshine
And talk to the man in the shade;
It is easy to float in a well-trimmed
' boat.
* And point out the places to wade,
But once we pass into the shadows,
CWe murmur and fret and frown,
And our length from the bank, we
shout for a pank,
Or throw up our hands and go down.
It is easy to sit our carriage
And counsel the man on foot;
But get down* and walk, and you'll
change; your talk,
As you feel the peg in your boot.
It is easy to tell the toiler
How best he can carry his pack;
But not one can rate a burden's
weight.
Until it has been on his back.

The readers of this paper will be
pleased to learn that there is at least
one dreaded disease that science has
been able to cure in all its stages, and
that is Catarrh. Hall's Catarrh Cure is
the only positive cure now known to
the medical fraternity. Catarrh being
a constitutional disease, requires a constitutional
treatment. Hall's Catarrh
Cure is taken internally, acting directly
upon the blood and mucous surfaces of
the system, thereby destroy ing the foundation
of the disease, and giving the
patient strength by building up the constitution
and assisting nature in doing
its work. The proprietors have so much
faitli in its curative powers that they
offer One Hundred Dollars for any case
that it fails to cure. Send for list of
testimonials.

In sickness, if a certain hidden nerve
goes wrong, then the organ that this
nerve controls will also surely fail. It
may be a stomach nerve, or it may have
given strength and support to the heart
or kidneys. It was Dr. Shoop that first
pointed to this vital truth. Dr. Shoop's
Restorative was not made to dose the
stomach nor to temporarily stimulate
the heart or kidneys. That old-fashioned
method is all wrong. Dr. Shoop's
Restorative goes directly to these failing
inside nerves. The remarkable success
of this prescription demonstrates
the wisdom of treating the actual cause
of these failing organs. And it is indeed
easy to prove. A simple five or
ten days te9t will surely tell. Try it
once, and see! Sold by Kaufmann
Drug Co.

anjr otD'-r stupifying ingredients are
used. The tender leaves of a harmless,

to Dr. Shoop's Cough Remedy its wonderful
curative properties. It is truly a
most certain and trustworthy prescription.
