The readers of this paper will be
pleased to learn that there is at least
one dreaded disease that science has
been able to cure in all its stages, and
that is Catarrh. Hall's Catarrh Cure is
the only positive cure now known to
the medical fraternity. Catarrh being
a constitutional disease, requires a constitutional
treatment. Hall's Catarrh
Cure is taken internally, acting directly
upon the blood and mucous surfaces of
the system, thereby destroying the founs
dation of the disease, and giving the
patient strength by building up the constitution
and assisting nature in doing
its work. The proprietors liav^ so much
faith in its curative powers that they
offer One Hundred Dollars for any case
that it fails to cure. Send for list of
testimonials.

writer. Yes, and after that he may

In sickness, if a certain hidden nerve
goes wrong, then the organ that this
nerve controls will also surely fail. It
maybe a stomach nerve, or it may have
given strength and support to the heart
or kidneys. It was Dr. Shoop that first
pointed to this vital truth. Dr. Shoop's
Restorative was not made to dose the
stomach nor to temporarily stimulate
the heart or kidneys. That old-fashioned
method is all wrong. Dr. Shoop's
Restorative goes directly to these failing
inside nerves. The remarkable success
of this prescription demonstrates
the wisdom of treating the actual cause
of these failing organs. And it is indeed
easy to prove. A simple five or
ten days test will surely tell. Try it j
once, and see! Sold "by Kaufmann

W. P. Meetze, living in Brookland,
near Lexington, S. C., says: "I suffered
severely at times from attacks
of what was prononnced by the dootors
as kidney colic. Severe pains
would strike me in the small part of
my back and at times I was unable to
get about for days. My kidneys were
very irregular in action and a scanty
condition of the secretions existed. I
finally heard aboift Doan's Kidney
Pills, procured them at The Kanfmann

them, I am free from any attacks
of my former trouble. I feel better
in every way and heartily endorse
